Britannia Security Roller Shutter doors and Security Shutter doors are fully fabricated and coated in house allowing us to manufacture & fabricate the roller shutter to suit your exact opening with a quick & efficient turnaround time. Our Roller shutter doors are ideal for commercial sites.
Fire Rated Roller Shutters are an effective and popular method of fire protection. Made from 75mm or 100mm curved steel, our shutters have been tested and passed by Exova Warringtonfire to withstand fire for up to 4 hours. These Fire Rated Roller Shutters are driven using NECO NF Outboard Motors. NECO Fire Rated Roller Shutters are available as insulated or non-insulated and can be powder coated to any colour.
We offer a wide range of operation, finish and internal or external fitting on any of our roller shutter doors which are manufactured from high quality steel. Our Steel roller shutters provide the prefect deterrent and physical barrier to vandals. Due to our in house coating facility we are also able to coat your roller shutters a variety of colours to suit.

SHUTTER SPECIFICATIONS
SPECS
Curtains 75mm Galvanised finish steel interlocking laths, or 100mm twin skin Galvanised finish steel insulated interlocking laths with end locks to prevent lateral movement.
Bottom Rail A strong roll-formed bottom rail 1.6mm thick fitted to the bottom of the curtain. Roller Heavy-duty seamless tube and mounted between M.S plates.
Guides Galvanised steel roller angle and folded steel channel guides bolted to roller plates.
Operation Outboard single-phase or three-phase electric motor. By means of push-button control.
Finish Galvanised or powder-coated (any colour from our standard range).
Fire Rating 60 min, 120 min or 240 min.
SHUTTER OPERATIONS
Manual: fitted with anti drill/pick bullet locks or central lock for dual operation
Chain: via direct drive or geared ratio drive system (dependent on size)
Motorised: via single phase tubular or single/three phase flange or shaft drive units
SHUTTER EXTRAS
Extras That Are Available:
A) The curtain, guides, fixing angles, endplates, and hood to be powder-coated any colour from our standard RAL range.
B) For interface unit between the 24v solenoid and your detector system. Sounder and flashing light. Time delay on the closing door.
C) Battery back-up to close the door in the event of power failure. Complete with sounder, flashing light a time delay on the closing door. (Single-Phase only).
D) If the shutter is the only means of exit from your building we would strongly recommend that a push-button control is installed on the inside to prevent trapping.
